Empfang / Information
Ein Informationsstand befindet sich in der Eingangshalle zur Eisbahn. Teams, welche in einer Gruppenunterkunft übernachten, werden dort bei der Ankunft von einer Begleitperson abgeholt.

Registrierung / Bezahlung
Im Sportzentrum im 1. Stock befindet sich das OK-Office. Wir bitten alle Team-Verantwortlichen, Preisrichter und Mitglieder des Technischen Panels sich dort zu melden. Hier sind die Lizenzen/ Pass- oder ID-Kopien abzugeben. Die Teambetreuer erhalten die speziellen Badges für den freien Zugang zur Eishalle und zu den Garderoben.
Das Startgeld, die reservierten Unterkünfte und die bestellte Verpflegung wird den teilnehmenden Teams im Vorfeld von der Kassierin des SwisscupWidnau in Rechnung gestellt. Die Bons für Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen können im OK-Büro abgeholt werden. Falls Sie weitere Verpflegung kaufen möchten, ist dies im OK-Office möglich. Im OK-Office werden auch alle Fragen bezüglich Pläne und Wettkampfablauf beantwortet.

Garderoben
Jedes Team darf eine Garderobe im Sportzentrum während des ganzen Wettkampftages benutzen. Die Garderobe wird mit einem anderen Team geteilt. Teams die eine Unterkunft im Sportzentrum Aegeten buchen, benutzen diese Unterkunft als Garderobe.

In der Eishalle sind fünf Garderoben vorhanden. Die Eishallengarderoben werden im Rotationsprinzip belegt.

Wir bitten Sie, darauf zu achten, dass der Turnhallentrakt auf keinen Fall mit Schlittschuhen betreten werden darf. Bitte beachten Sie auch die entsprechenden Anweisungen der OK-Mitglieder. Ein Plan, der auch die Zeiten für das Aufwärmtraining in der Turnhalle umfasst, kann kurz vor dem Wettkampf online eingesehen werden.

Kiss&Cry-Corner
Für Training und Wettkampf betreten die Teams das Eis von der Südseite und verlassen es auf der Nordseite. Dabei gelangen sie in den Kiss&Cry-Corner, wo sie nach dem Wettkampf auf die Bekanntgabe der Punktzahlen warten.

Siegerehrung
Die Siegerehrungen finden gleich im Anschluss am jeweiligen Wettkampftag vom Samstag respektive Sonntag statt. Alle Teilnehmer werden für diese Gelegenheit auf das Eis gebeten. Ein Aufreih-Plan wird nicht erstellt. Läufer mit Tafeln markieren den Platz für die verschiedenen Kategorien.

Reception and information
The reception and information desk is located in the entrance hall of the ice rink. Teams who are staying in the group accommodation will be met here and shown to their rooms.

Registration and payment
The Organizing Committee office is located on the first floor of the sports centre. Team representatives will be given special badges for free access to the ice rink and to the dressing rooms. Team representatives are required to deposit licences and passport/ID copies here. The entry fee, the reserved accommodation and ordered meals will be charged to participating teams in advance by SwisscupWidnau. Vouchers for breakfast, lunch and evening meals can be obtained here. Please report early to the registration office and allow sufficient time for your accreditation. Further information about the event program and schedule will be available here, as well as answers to any other inquiries.

Panel and judges
The panel and the judges are located on the north side of the spectator area (the same side as the speaker).

Dressing Rooms
Each team is allowed to use one dressing room in the sports center throughout the entire competition day. The dressing room will be shared with another team. Teams that book accommodation at the Aegeten Sports Center will use their accommodation as their changing room.

There are five dressing rooms available in the ice rink. These ice rink dressing rooms will be used on a rotational basis.

Please ensure that the gymnasium area is never entered while wearing ice skates. Also, please follow the instructions given by the organizing committee members. A schedule, including times for warm-up training in the gym, will be available online shortly before the competition.

Kiss & Cry
For practice and competition, the teams enter the ice on the south side and exit on the north side of the rink. A Kiss & Cry area is located next to the exit where teams await their results.

Awards ceremony
The awards ceremony takes place each day (Saturday and Sunday) immediately after the competition. All participants from that day are required to be on the ice. There is no printed plan; the teams are to line up on the ice behind the skater carrying their category board.
